Yahoo is a good place to do research on stocks you might be interested in. Their stock quotes are delayed by 20 minutes so it isn't in real time. If you open up an Ameritrade account, they have tools with that you can watch real time.

if u are not american citizen u have the limit options cut down by 90%. the options u have available are optionsxpress.com they do have alot of foreigners as traders but be sure of one thing is that they have $15/trade buy or sell that is and is required to be factored in investment strategy. The other option u have is contact ur local bank and ask them if they provide options to trade in the us stock exchange that will open u a better idea and they may be able to advice u in stocks to buy and sell so that ur cost are minimal... chahine
