SIRI vs. XMSR

Swing trading/Short term = SIRI Long Term = XMSR

SIRI has signed the best contracts so far....I'm with them all the way.

[quote:cf3cb492c7="misterjover"]Swing trading/Short term = SIRI Long Term = XMSR[/quote:cf3cb492c7] Don't agree !!! SIRI Long term for me because i think they are at the growth phase and XM is very very very long term if u want to make money because i think XM as a company has matured and would be a long long term hold to make the same amount.... my 2c at least  chahine

Well, I have to readjust my view on SIRI because it is also a good long term buy. However, for the quick gains, it's not a bad bet either. I might just buy might more shares this week if it drops. Right now it's hovering at 6.68. I'm thinking of selling my existing shares and getting back in after an adjustment.

i personally would hold it for a while more... i think its not going to drop for another week or two... or at least that is the way i see it....keep a close eye to it.. if u see the reajusting phase to start then dump them... and wait for a good reentry point... chahine

Good for the long term, eh? Short term too? Well, in either case, would right now be a good entry point? It seems to have been doing really well lately, and I sort of feel like its just about hit its current peak and will more likely go down in the short term (oil prices, and upcoming jobs report on ... Friday (I think)). Should I wait until next week? I've been making a ton of terrible decisions and could use a little bit of guidence (I don't trust myself anymore  )

[b:4176ac5d85]i should ask u one question did u learn anything out of ur mistake?[/b:4176ac5d85] if u did than it can't be terrible decisions... my only advice is the way the stock is going trend wise right now it seems to climb but a slight bad data may cause it to flip flop... look at what price u woud be willing to enter the stock?... if u are not sure when to enter i would lets say if u have 1000$ put 100$ (including trading cost) and just put it in so incase if the stock goes up u don't loose all... if it goes down u can always load up more... i always like to add on a regular basis so it allows me to feel that im trading even though im not doing much of it... (self satisfaction i guess  ) i see trends moving forward but could be wrong because i have not followed this stock in few weeks since i have locked half my position for good profit... but at least at this point if i was in ur case would be the strategy i would follow... anyone else are welcome to argue the strategy i think is right... chahine

Well, like many of you here, I am now officially on the SIRI bandwagon.

SIRI all the way much better service and i am up 200% :) :)

Thanks for the advice a couple weeks ago about SIRI. It truly is a fantastic buy. On the Post thanksgiving shopping spree, my wife and I noticed that there were many folks buying those Sirius satellite radio devices for their cars. That gave me more investor confidence in this stock. I'm in it for the long haul.

Me too. 8)
