Never a bad idea to keep your eyes open in places that you frequent, either. If you notice outstanding service, product etc. take a look into the companies profile. You can look up company names to find their stock symbol on yahoo..

That was always one of Peter Lynch's favorite principles. He felt like you could find the fastest growing companies just by keeping your eyes open. Go the mall and see what company is the most crowded. Listen to friends and see if they are mentioning any new products. For truly fast growing companies, there should be a "buzz" which is noticeable.

well i think he has been doing a preetty good job becuase sometimes i come to this forum in odd times and see like 14 to 20 visitors and regulars too... i don't know if the visitors are the same coming back or not but for sure a lot of them.... highest i have recorded was 25 if my memory is not wrong.... chahine

well thank you for the kind words. i am always working behind the scenes. we are number one for [url=http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&ie=UTF-8&oe=UTF-8&q=stock+market+forums]stock market forums[/url] on google as well as number 2. we actually are in the top 5 for all 8 major search engines. so we are getting a good bit of traffic everyday for people who want to talk about the stock market. plus we have some moderators and regulars so we have pretty good conversations. some message boards don't even survive so we are doing good for our first 5 months. thanks to all who participate.
