could u explain it a bit more... i got a bit lost in parts of it... chahine


they get shipment for free but in return they speak good about your product to who ever comes in their store.so in next shipment wich they pay you get more customers. I have read it in some book about marketing , some time ago.

it was some regular marketing book for some university , I do not remember witch and who wrote it , it was caled "marketing" like hundreds of student books for economy...


In retail they generally do something called "consignment". They float the products the retailer, and then the retailer moves it to the customers. Only after the products are sold does the manufacturer get paid. It's a great strategy if the retailing company is good at sales.


not in this case , although it is not usual to give staff for free , whole amount of the first shipment goes to sales man so he is even more motivated to sell it .
