REITS?

They are Real Estate Investment trusts. I have one that I've had for a long while. Its called WRE. They buy properties in the Washington DC area. I have all the dividends re-invested and then that buys more shares. REITS can definitely be good long term investments if the companies are well run.

It's averaged around 15% for each of the last three years. The dividend yield alone is around 6%.

Thats a pretty nice return. Dividends always make a stock just a little bit sweeter..
