I've seen this one getting promoted for years. I doubt there's much of a future here.
I just contacted Comcast to see about signing up for the channel. I was told that it won't be offered until Feb 2005. Makes you wonder if there will ever be a "Gay TV" channel. :(
It's been in the works for years. At least according to Internet based press releases.
