I'm looking for a decent penny stock broker as well. I stumbled upon Lowtrades.com and they have pretty cheap rates. $5 for any kind of orders. However, their login page is not secured (no SSL encrypted). I just sent them an email regarding this and I'll keep you guys posted. Another website which doesn't charge too much is TradingDirect.com, they charge $9.95 for up to 1 million shares. Unsure how much they charge after that. Not only that, they do not accept Stop-Limit orders on any OTC securities due to the inconsistencies prevalent in this dealer-based market. "However, we will accept Stop orders eligible on NASDAQ National Market securities (but not on Small Cap, Bulletin Board, or Pink Sheet securities). " --quoted from the website. I'm quite curious. What do you guys use for your brokers? I thought of opening at Scottrade but the fee is a little high for penny stocks. For standard stocks or blue chip stocks makes me feel worth it to pay such fee. You know what I mean. 8)
