Cheap is a relative term. If you lose all your money, it's never good. Might be worth doing some more research. I found this in their Annual Report: "YEAR 2003 COSTS AND CHANGES IN FINANCIAL CONDITIONS As of the date of this annual report, we have not engaged in any business activities which provide cash flow, and have not recorded any revenues from operations. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS During the year ended December 31, 2003, we incurred an operating loss of $552,482 and no revenues. The loss featured, sales, marketing, general, administrative and interest expenses. Our interest cost remains high as it continues to be advanced operating funds by its principal stockholders. Interest expense was $72,101 in 2003, interest expense in 2002 was $24,835. " Wow! They have no revenues at all. And they borrowed money to operate from the owners.
that bad? wont the deals with mexico change all of this?
Any deal could change everything. But before you put any money in, make sure those deals are getting done. See if the company has an Investor Relations department. If so, give them a call and ask them when they plan on reporting revenues. It would be interesting to hear their numbers.
