Home builders are going to soar? Most of them have doubled already. Rather optimistic aren't ya?
HOV is one of my holdings. I have more than a double on it since last year. Im beginning to get a little nervous though and have put in a stop loss.
I believe that home sales will continue to skyrocket. Financing could not be any easier. I was reading an article about how realtors are having issues communicating to prospects, primarily bcuz the prospects are not fluent in English. What does that you? It tells me that with the current conditions there would be NO WAY you would rent a house or apartment ( padding a landlords pocket ) if you could build equity in your own home. Just my 2 cents.....
