Why do you need such a huge investment? Aside from the website, I take it you will need a huge physical location because you will be warehousing the products? What about dropshipping and just concentrating on the website? Wouldn't this work just as well with less invested dollars?
I would put all the money in marketing and have someone else manage the warehouse.
