Land usually goes up. After reading that website I'm going to say you want to find a crazy person to sell it to. You can probably get a double if you find a real space enthusiast. :P

Actually the whole Area 51 thing is pretty cool. People from all over the world are there on weekends, lots of Japanese and Germans. You can drive right to the front gate of Area 51 and there is a unmarked white F-150 with two guards up on a hill 24/7 making sure you don't cross into the restricted zone. There are also several tripod mounted cameras pointing down on the border there. I'll post some cool stuff later when I get back from work.
Cool. That's always been a pretty fascinating place. It's not really that hard to believe the government would cover up an alien landing.
In all reality Area 51 is for testing of new technology, aircraft and the like. The area out there is so desolate that about 20 vehicles a day go down that highway past Rachel. The Stealth was tested there as was the A-12 / SR-71 before that, as well as most other aircraft, decades before they became known to the public. I know a Desert Warfare Training Instructor that lives across the street from me and he has conducted training excersises out in that area, not in the restricted zone but close and he has told me that during a few excersises he and his men have seen things so bizarre they actually stopped in the middle of a mock war and just stared at the sky, then he has to tell them to ignore it and get back to work....I asked him what he saw and he just shakes his head and smiles. He has been in the USAF for 22 years and is retiring this summer.

Hmmmm, I don't know exactly how they transport them. But if I'm right it involves a llama, 20 pounds of refried beans, and a squirt gun.

Area 51 has always been an interesting topic. One of my friends lived in New Mexico and she claimed that she saw 'things' out there. It is a little small minded to think that earth is the only planet out there that can support life. That is why NASA is looking to overtake Mars soon. :) Looking forward to the links, Bobjitsu!

UFO stories are believable. Not ALL of them, of course, but there are some reliable reports. It wouldn't be shocking at all. If the Universe is Infinite, then there would have to be more intelligent life than just Man.

I read a snippet somewhere that said NASA found an ancient seashore on Mars. Seems to me life could exist somewhere else in the giant universe. **hoping bobjitsu will post those links up**
Anything's possible. I would definitely buy land on Mars given the chance. That could really go up over time :)
