Executives aren't required to be corrupt. That's only optional for some of them. My best friend's father when I was growing up ran a Fortune 100 company. He was a straight shooter. He had a foul mouth but other than that he was pretty honest and had integrity. He would always counsel doing things the right way. So in my experience executives can have integrity. He got plenty rich too, but he wasn't so greedy that he went over the top.

But liberal? There's plenty of Christian businessman, but I'm not sure how many liberals there are. Peter B. Lewis of Progessive comes to mind. But I think you have to vote Republican to be an executive.

That is a good question you pose. It depends on your integrity more than anything else. Some people are more willing than others to lie and deceive in order to enrich themselves. If you are not willing to do these things, you most certainly do not have to. And I guess the catch 22 is that all businesses have to make profit and money in order to stay in business. Some religous leaders are into money pretty good too. Jim Baker ( Tammy Fayes ex ) took in some dough to before he was busted. So I guess the line between religon and money was a fine one, and he crossed it..

harry and hathor i agree with both of u. because myself being a student in a bachelor of commerce they teach ethics ethincs and ethics but i think that is not the problem i think its within ourselves as people we tend to become too greeedy and look for more and more money and can't see the wealth that we have already.... could be health, money, friends, family and so much more but the are beleive in god and his path is tarnished by loss of faith in him and his path leads to enron or other companies of the sort... i think that if u have faith ... u have knowledge... than any business with a bit of effort can become a fortune 100... but main point being that religion in some situation shows us and helps us make hard decisions whose fruits are enjoyed over period of time.... the only thing i say is that if u have faith in what u do..... anything is possible.... but never loose that faith.... its ur light  chahine

That was a very thoughtful post chahine. There are a lot of other things in life that make a person wealthy. Money is only part of it. A lot of wealthy people are still unhappy. I don't think that Paris Hilton is one of those people.

Don't know much about the video, but I laughed watching Simple Life on Fox last night. I couldn't help it.. I had to tune in..and it is funnier than most sit-coms on these days..

[quote:a89de104a7="Hathor"]Don't know much about the video, [/quote:a89de104a7] Put it this way, it's about the LAST thing you would want to see your daughter doing on the internet. Her ex-bf said it was "stolen" I think. Pam and Tommy all over again, I'm sure they released it, she's an attention wh*re.

I did know that much.. I think I heard that the ex-boyfriend's room mate is the one being blamed for the release of the video. Word to the wise, never videotape yourself doing anything you don't want the general public to see.
