Why can't growth continue? KO has been very successful in their foreign operations. Plenty of people on this vast earth have never tasted this delicious drink.

People always buy the product, the brand name has incredible appeal, and most importantly, the product costs VERY LITTLE to produce which result in great earnings.
KO never hurt Warren Buffett's portfolio any. Its generally a good long term hold.
